5. Generated Content

Product descriptions generated by Lexora AI are provided as suggestions to assist your e-commerce copywriting. You retain ownership of the content you generate. However, Lexora AI does not guarantee that generated content will produce specific sales results, rankings, or conversions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing it on your e-commerce platforms.

6. No Guarantees of Results

Lexora AI is a tool designed to help improve your product descriptions. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to increased sales, higher search rankings, or improved conversion rates. Results depend on many factors beyond the quality of product descriptions, including product quality, pricing, market conditions, and platform algorithms.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Lexora AI service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexora AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing period.
